Key Responsibilities

• Generate appointments for the sales team through proactive calling.
• Handle and resolve client queries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain records of calls, appointments, and customer information.
• Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
