Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information professionally.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain a detailed call log.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team or senior staff.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets.
• Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the team.
