Role : Campaigns Manager
Location : Pune
Responsibilities :
o Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
o Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
o Define clear KPIs and track performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
o Start with Google and Meta campaigns and then progressively add performance platforms like snapchat, Amazon ads, quick commerce platforms, retail media networks and so on.
o Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Facebook Ads campaigns.
o Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.
o Utilize A / B testing and other experimentation techniques to improve campaign performance.
o Develop targeted audience segments based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
o Utilize advanced targeting options to reach the right audience at the right time.
o Continuously refine targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance.
o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance.
o Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
o Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
o Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.
o Assign tasks, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
o Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
