About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Senior Google Ads Manager to lead high-budget paid advertising campaigns targeting Asian markets. You will have full ownership of strategy and execution, working directly with executive leadership to scale our fast-growing online business education platform.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max

Optimize campaigns for multiple Asian markets with a data-driven, localized approach

Run continuous testing, analysis, and refinements to maximize ROI

Build and manage conversion funnels that align with business goals

Work closely with internal teams including product, content, and sales

Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to leadership

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns

Strong knowledge of tracking (GA4, GTM), bidding strategies, and audience segmentation

Proven success with high-budget campaigns ($100K+ / month)

Self-starter with a performance-oriented mindset

Experience in Asian markets and remote work environments is a strong plus
