Job descriptionDefine compliance requirements for end-to-end payroll software. Manage tax calculation and payroll deduction types for accuracy and compliance. Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations teams. Work with third-party advisors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance standards are met.
Key Deliverables :
- Own payroll and tax compliance requirements for a specific country.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate compliance requirements into software.
- Establish global compliance as a function within a market.
- Proactively monitor, document, and implement changes to compliance requirements.
