Key Responsibilities :
- Exchange Server Management : Administer, troubleshoot, and maintain Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019 environments.
- Office 365 Management : Manage Office 365 environments , including mailbox migrations , policy setup , and compliance .
- Email Security : Implement and maintain Cisco IronPort email security solutions .
- Hybrid Mail Flow : Manage hybrid mail flow , connectors , and coexistence between on-premise and cloud platforms .
- Troubleshooting : Resolve issues related to OWA , ECP , autodiscover , DAG , SSL certificates , and IIS .
- User and Group Management : Perform user and group management tasks, including DLs , public folders , and shared mailboxes .
- SSO Integrations : Handle cases involving Azure AD Connect , ADFS , and SSO integrations .
- PowerShell Scripting : Execute PowerShell scripts for Exchange and O365 automation .
- Retention & Compliance : Maintain email retention policies , eDiscovery , and compliance configurations .
- Support : Provide L2 / L3 support for escalated messaging incidents.
Technical Skills Required :
Microsoft Exchange Server : Experience with Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019 .Office 365 & Exchange Online : Proficient in managing Office 365 and Exchange Online .Email Security : Experience with Cisco IronPort Email Security .Azure AD & Connect : Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect .Hybrid Mail Flow : Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Hybrid Mailflow .PowerShell : Proficient in PowerShell scripting for Exchange and O365 .Email Protocols : Strong understanding of SMTP , MAPI , POP , IMAP , Outlook Anywhere .SSL / IIS Management : Experience with SSL / IIS management and troubleshooting.Windows Server : Knowledge of Windows Server (2012, 2016) .Nice to Have :
