Job descriptionSupply Chain Management : Manage the entire supply chain from vendor negotiations and purchasing to inventory and warehouse operations. Logistics & Fulfillment : Oversee all aspects of shipping, logistics, and packaging to ensure seamless product delivery to customers. Process Optimization : Drive efficiency and scalability by identifying and implementing process improvements, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. ONLY apply if you can come for an in-person interview in Bangalore You have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a dynamic operations role, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment. You have hands-on experience in D2C, e-comm or pharma , specifically with procurement, supply chain, and on-time delivery. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Hands-on experience with real responsibility from day one. Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, purpose-driven company.
