Talent Acquisition Intern

to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, learn about the end-to-end hiring process, and contribute to driving organizational growth through talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities :

Sourcing & Talent Pool Building :

Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for various positions.

Conduct market research to find top talent and stay updated on industry trends.

End-to-End Recruitment Support :

Coordinate and assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.

Support interview logistics and communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Bulk Hiring & Coordination :

Assist in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, particularly for entry-level and mass recruitment needs.

Support the planning and execution of recruitment events (e.g., job fairs, campus recruitment drives).

Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring for bulk roles.

Candidate Engagement & Communication :

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

Follow up with candidates post-interview to provide feedback and next steps.

Reporting & Analytics :

Track and report key recruitment metrics to help improve recruitment processes.

Assist in preparing reports on recruitment activity, sourcing channels, and candidate pipeline status.

Qualifications & Skills :

Recently graduated / post graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a passion for learning and growing within the HR domain.
