Position Summary
1. Develop and administers a variety of health, wellness and / or retirement benefit programs.
2. Work with third-party vendors and / or government agencies for the administration / management of benefit programs.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Management of benefit enrollment] Perform on / off-boarding of employees in various health and / or retirement benefit programs.
2. [Design of benefit programs] Perform the benchmarking of company benefit programs in line with those of competitors and employee needs draft recommendations / proposals for benefit modifications.
3. [Implementation of benefit documentation] Perform the maintenance and update of all benefit documentations including, but not limited to, policies, SPDs(Summary Plan Description), letters, and other compliance documentations.
4. [Support and communication of benefit programs] Prepare communication programs and provide support to employees regarding benefit-related questions including unpaid claims.
5. [Implementation of other benefit programs] Perform the operation of leaves and safety related allowances such as compensation for industrial accidents.
