Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Sales with a proven track record in luxury residential real estate sales . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury market, customer behavior, and high-value deal closures. This role involves driving sales performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all stages of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities :

Internal Process Perspective :

Sales Strategy Implementation :

Execute and adapt sales strategies for luxury residential projects in alignment with company objectives.

Develop and monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

CRM Management :

Oversee accurate data entry and management in the CRM system.

Track leads, customer interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups for higher conversions.

Collaboration with Internal Teams :

Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Coordinate with legal, finance, and post-sales teams for documentation, agreements, and compliance.

Process Optimization :

Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for enhanced productivity and customer satisfaction.

Financial Perspective :

Revenue Generation :

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for luxury residential projects.

Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.

Budget Management :

Ensure effective utilization of resources and budgets allocated for sales activities.

Collaborate with finance teams for payment collections, timely invoicing, and tracking of receivables.

Customer Perspective :

Customer Relationship Management :

Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.

Offer personalized solutions to meet client expectations for luxury residential properties.

Client Engagement :

Conduct property walkthroughs, presentations, and one-on-one meetings to highlight the unique value proposition of projects.

Proactively address and resolve client queries and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence :

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to refine sales approaches.

People Perspective :

Team Leadership and Training :

Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to achieve high performance and customer excellence.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

Stakeholder Management :

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project sales goals.

Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills :

Education :

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience :

10+ years of experience in luxury residential real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Proven success in handling high-value clients and closing deals for premium residential projects.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and market analysis tools.

Strong understanding of real estate regulations, RERA compliance, and documentation processes.

Soft Skills :

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
