Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru for the position of Executive Team Lead Guest Experience. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing guest service operations to ensure that all guests have a memorable and exceptional experience. The individual will coordinate with various departments, address guests' needs, manage service-related inquiries, and ensure quality standards are met. Promoting seamless collaboration and acting as a point of contact for resolving guest concerns will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership, team management, and coordination abilities
Attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills
Proficiency in hospitality management systems and basic computer applications
Ability to remain composed under pressure and maintain professionalism
A background in hospitality, hotel operations, or guest relations is preferred
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous
Previous experience in guest services or a leadership role within the hospitality industry
