Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Resource Manager to join our Finance & Accounting Managed Services (FAMS) team. This role is pivotal in managing resource allocation, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven reporting to support efficient service delivery across client engagements.

Workload Distribution :

• 50% – Resource Allocation : Strategically assign resources to client engagements based on skill sets, availability, and business priorities. Monitor utilization and optimize workforce deployment to ensure balanced workloads and high productivity.
• 30% – Stakeholder Coordination : Act as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders, clients, and leadership. Facilitate clear communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on project timelines and staffing needs.
• 20% – Power BI Dashboards & Reporting : Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to track resource utilization, capacity planning, and performance metrics. Provide actionable insights to leadership through data visualization and analytics.
