Key Requirements :

• Education : CS, MBA in Finance, CFA, CA, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience : 0-3 years in merchant banking, regulatory compliances, or a related field.
• Skills :
• Deep understanding of capital markets and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

Role Description

§ The individual will be part of the Merchant Banking Team

§ Conducting Due Diligence and Drafting of Offer Documents for IPOs, Open Offer, Rights Issue,

§ Assist in issuing securities, IPOs, private placements, and debt instruments

§ Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, and other financial regulatory requirements

§ Liaison with clients, legal counsels, registrar, share transfer agents, auditors and other intermediaries

§ Liaison with BSE, NSE, SEBI, NSDL, CDSL and other authority as per requirement.

§ Advising clients on good corporate governance practices and compliances to various applicable Acts and guidelines.

§ Preparation of Presentation and MIS

§ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

§ The individual must have self-driven attitude and eventually be ready for client facing role.
