Responsibilities :
- Initiate and set up product accounts across internal systems.
- Coordinate with teams including risk, sales, documentation, and operations to complete account opening.
- Navigate cross-functional divisions to resolve onboarding issues and ensure timely outcomes.
- Organize and prioritize client onboarding for live trades.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
- Participate in meetings with senior managers and business units.
- Contribute to projects and process enhancements supporting onboarding strategy.
- Collaborate with global teams on client-related projects and change initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and updates.
