Virtual Receptionist – Work From Home

$35.58 / hour + super | ASAP start | 3-month contract + extensions

About the Role

Role Title : Virtual Receptionist

Location : Work From Home (must have your own laptop, headset & reliable WiFi)

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : 3 months (with potential to extend)

Hours : Rostering across Monday to Friday, 7 : 30am – 5 : 30pm (working 37.5 hrs each week)

Pay Rate : $35.58 / hour + super

Key Responsibilities

Manage approx. 150 inbound calls per day through a call queue.

Triage and transfer customer enquiries to the appropriate departments.

Conduct follow-up emails and outbound calls as required.

Complete general administrative support tasks.

Use systems including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Genesys effectively.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a call centre, reception, or customer service role.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Tech-savvy and confident with multiple systems.

A proactive and reliable approach to work.
