Job Responsibilities :
- Lead YouTube channel growth : content calendar, uploads, metadata optimization, playlists, and community tab engagement.
- Optimize videos for SEO (titles, descriptions, tags), thumbnails, and watch-time growth.
- Monitor analytics in YouTube Studio & tools like VidIQ / TubeBuddy; drive data-backed strategies.
- Run A / B testing on titles, thumbnails, and formats for performance improvement.
- Repurpose YouTube content into Instagram Reels and Stories.
- Stay updated on content trends, algorithms, and monetization opportunities.
