Project Management Methodologies & Standards
- Develop and maintain project management methodologies, standards, templates, and process documentation.
- Provide project management training, coaching, and support to project managers and teams.
- Conduct project post-mortem reviews and capture lessons learned to continuously improve methodologies.
Project Planning & Execution
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.Own projects from conception to conclusion and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.Partner with multifunctional, diverse teams across clients and IBM to achieve project goals.Monitoring, Reporting & Risk Management
Monitor project progress and provide timely status reports to stakeholders and management.Use data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to present project metrics, risks, and issues.Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues.Facilitate resolution of project-related conflicts and challenges.Skills Required
