Desired Skills :
- Experience of working in FS industry or with consulting clients in Banking / Asset Management / Insurance, with large scale customer operations, data and technology led transformation program
- Experience of working as a team member in FS transformation project across the phases from assessment, design through implementation and benefits realization.
- Understanding of current state assessment Target operating Model (TOM) design to align with future business objectives for growth and efficiency
- Experience in Customer driven process improvements and cost base reduction strategies, outsourcing methodologies to derive operational excellence / efficiency
- Understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) / product launch strategies to set up operations / technology to enable entry into new market segments
- Familiarity with FS program assurance services
- Created / assisted in creation of business bids / proposals.
- Experience in data management and governance (data quality, data standardization, data remediation, etc.)
- Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills to clearlyarticulate business challenges and explain proposed solutions.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with projectteams
- Strong analytical / MS Excelskills and Presentation / PowerPoint skills
- Working knowledge of relevant tools and software (e.g., SQL, VBA, Python, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Aris, Visio)

KGS Consulting Team is currently seeking experienced consultants at multiple levels (Associate Consultant, Consultant, Assistant Manager) with relevant experience between 2-8 years. Relevant work experience will be considered based on the interview process.Qualification :
Candidate should have an MBA from recognized Tier-1 B-School or Professional qualification such as : CFA / FRM / CPA / CA / ICWA / CMA / CIMA / ACCA etc. along with 2-8 years of relevant work experience (Preferably from Big 4 or other consulting firms)Location :
