We're looking for a motivated Engineer-Service & Spares Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and a background in engineering or a related diploma. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing excellent service and driving sales of spares to our customers. This position is perfect for someone with strong analytical and interpersonal skills who is passionate about building long-term relationships and contributing to a global mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Service & Support : Meet response and turnaround time targets for all assigned calls. You'll complete all preventive maintenance ( PM ) as per the schedule and handle all installation and commissioning ( I&C ) and demo activities.
- Customer Relationship Management : Develop strong relationships with customers to enhance their satisfaction levels. You'll also use these interactions to generate and pass leads to the marketing team.
- Sales & Revenue Generation : Meet service sales targets to achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets for operating revenue.
- Process & Reporting : Maintain discipline on CRM packages, specifically ServiceMax and SFDC , to ensure all activities are properly tracked and documented.
Required Qualifications
Experience : 3-4 years of experience in a similar role with a degree in Engineering or a related diploma. Prior experience working on Hach or similar products is preferred.Skills : Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should also have a high EQ (Emotional Quotient) and strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships.Teamwork : The ability to work collaboratively across different cultures, locations, and business teams is essential.Skills Required
