Key Responsibilities
- Handle all operational and preventive maintenance (PM) calls within committed SLAs.
- Complete installation, commissioning, and demonstration jobs based on booked projects.
- Meet response and turnaround times for assigned calls.
- Plan and execute PM, I&C, and demo activities efficiently.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction levels.
- Generate new sales leads through customer interaction and coordinate with the marketing team.
- Achieve service sales targets to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Maintain discipline and accuracy in CRM systems, including ServiceMax and SFDC.
