Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in east bengal. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, overseeing sales engineering activities, ensuring customer service excellence, and maintaining communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate tools or solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Possess skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Excellent Communication, both written and verbal
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or related field
• Proven experience in a sales engineering role
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
