The Leadership Mentoring role in India is designed for freshers / entry-level candidates who are passionate about developing the next generation of leaders. The successful candidate will assist in creating and executing mentoring programs that foster growth and leadership skills among emerging talents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement leadership mentoring programs
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for mentees
- Provide one-on-one mentoring to emerging leaders
- Assess mentee progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with HR to align mentoring programs with organizational goals
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of mentoring initiatives
- Facilitate networking opportunities for mentees
