Product Development Executive (SaaS Platform Operations)

Job description3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or platform operations. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments. Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. Prior SaaS or technology platform exposure preferred.
Job Description
Location : Currently remote but will transition to onsite in Bangalore starting April or before April 2026
We are looking for a Product Development Executive (PDE) to support product enhancement, optimization, and operational excellence for a global SaaS-based platform. The PDE will bridge business needs and technical execution, ensuring smooth releases, improved usability, and better stakeholder alignment.
Key Focus Areas :
- Translate business needs into product specifications and enhancement requests.
- Support product release cycles, testing, and documentation.
- Analyse user experience, recommend improvements, and track adoption metrics.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure timely and quality releases.
- Maintain governance and compliance across data, workflow, and reporting modules.
