About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for client engagement and business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and assist in bidding processes.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and monitor market trends.
Required Skills :
Prior experience in IT Sales or Business Development (preferred, not mandatory for freshers).Excellent communication and presentation skills (both spoken & written English).Strong understanding of IT services, digital solutions, and market trends.Proficiency in lead generation, proposal writing, and client acquisition.Ability to manage enterprise accounts and close high-value deals.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a good team player.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in BE, B.Tech, BCA, BSc (IT) or MBA in Sales / Marketing.What We’re Looking For :
