Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales and Service Professional located in Delhi, Indore, Kolkata, Gujarat, Mumbai, Nagpur. The Sales and Service Professional will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer accounts, providing customer service, and conducting product demonstrations. Day-to-day tasks include attending client meetings, preparing sales presentations, troubleshooting product issues, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

Excellent Sales and Customer Service skills

Proficiency in Account Management and Client Relations

Ability to conduct Product Demonstrations and provide Technical Support

Strong Communication and Presentation skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Experience in the laser technology industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
