IT Recruiter Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT recruiter to join our team in a remote opportunity. This role requires expertise in US IT recruitment processes, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build strong pipelines of IT professionals through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.
- Handle job postings, resume reviews, candidate negotiations, and offer closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports for client updates.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
At least 4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.Strong familiarity with hiring for TCS implementation projects.In-depth knowledge of US staffing processes (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.Proficiency with popular job portals like Dice and Monster.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote environment.Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Work Environment :
