Talented IT Recruitment Specialist

As an IT recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for IT positions within banking and financial services client accounts. This involves sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms.

You will conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills and shortlist suitable candidates. Additionally, you will coordinate interviews with clients, follow up on interview feedback, and negotiate compensation and benefits packages. Your role also involves maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure ongoing requirements are met.

• Key Skills and Qualifications :
• 2-5 years of experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitment
• Experience recruiting for BFSI clients or technical roles in banking, financial services, or insurance domains
• Familiarity with various US work authorizations
• Strong sourcing and screening skills using Boolean searches and ATS platforms
• Good understanding of IT skills and technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones)
