Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Recruit skilled technical recruiters with experience in US IT staffing, specifically supporting clients in the BFSI industry.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards and ATS platforms to identify top talent.
• Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and fit.
• Negotiate compensation and close offers to secure top performers.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitment with a proven track record of success.
• Familiarity with various US work authorizations and the ability to navigate complex employment laws.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• A solid understanding of IT skills and technologies, including emerging trends and innovations.
