We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Fresher who’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment .

This role offers a front-row seat to real-world HR experiences with our People- Centre of Excellence (CoE) team — giving you hands-on exposure to onboarding, induction, employee engagement and daily HR operations Processes .

Key Responsibilities

Support and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires

Coordinate and assist with new hire inductions and documentation

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Provide day-to-day operational support across HR functions

Contribute ideas to make HR processes more efficient and engaging

Assist with new joiner surveys and onboarding MIS tracking

What We’re Looking For

Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) — knowledge of AI tools is a plus!

Excellent organization and time management abilities

A self-starter with a learning mindse
