provide appropriate product recommendations while ensuring a premium customer

experience.

• Coordinate with the Head Office to track and follow up on orders, ensuring timely and

accurate delivery.

• Maintain an updated swatch library that is well-organized, easily accessible, and

regularly refreshed to facilitate smooth client presentations.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of daily sales, expenses, and financial

transactions, and share regular updates with management.

• Conduct regular inventory audits, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure that IBTs

(Inter-Branch Transfers) are cleared promptly without pending backlogs.

• Monitor product displays and overall store presentation to ensure alignment with brand

standards.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including cleanliness, staff coordination,

and readiness for client visits.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and

referrals.
