In this position, you will be responsible for providing splendid customer service in a friendly and courteous manner through chat, promptly addressing inquiries, and ensuring immediate resolution of customer concerns in a 24 / 7 environment.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times via chat.
- Adhere strictly to quality and compliance guidelines in all interactions.
- Demonstrate the ability to make quick decisions and respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring all concerns are resolved immediately.
- Work effectively in a 24 / 7 environment, including rotational shifts.
Skills Requirement :
Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.Must possess excellent verbal communication skills, in addition to strong written communication for chat interactions.Proven customer service background.Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.Problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively and efficiently.Qualification :
Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible.Full-time Degree students are not eligible; only distance course students will be considered.Skills Required
