Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in hotel operations or management consulting . The ideal candidate will oversee property performance, ensure operational excellence, and maintain high standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day property operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Develop and implement facility management policies and cost-control strategies.
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost optimization.
Manage tenant relations and ensure smooth occupancy processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance property value and efficiency.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance reviews.
Key Requirements :
8–10 years of experience in property or facility management.
Exposure to the hotel industry or management consulting preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in facility management tools and reporting systems.
