Retail Property Acquisition Manager

Job descriptionSource new retail properties for business expansion through commercial leasing, franchisee development, land acquisition, property acquisition, site acquisition, and retail leasing. Develop strategies to identify potential locations for new store openings and negotiate deals with landlords / property owners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of expansion plans. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Manage relationships with existing clients / franchisees to drive business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years of experience in real estate or related field (retail property acquisition).
- Strong understanding of commercial leasing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with landlords / property owners.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
