Key Responsibilities :

Develop & manage Institutional Sales across South India.

Use your existing network in :

Hotels & Resorts

Hospitals & Healthcare Chains

Facility Management Companies (Sodexo, ISS, BVG, G4S, etc.)

Corporate Admin & Industrial Procurement

Conduct product demos & trials at customer sites.

Manage price negotiations, vendor registration & annual rate contracts.

Appoint and manage dealers / distributors / corporate supply partners.

Hire, guide & review Sales Executives / Territory Officers as the team grows.

Achieve monthly revenue & collection targets.

Required Profile

3–10+ years of Institutional / Facility / Hotel / Hospital / Industrial B2B Sales.

Must have active contacts of :

Purchase Managers

Housekeeping Managers

Facility Management Vendor Networks

Strong deal closing & negotiation capability.

Willingness to travel across South India.
