Job description

Doctor & Referral Network Management :

• Build and maintain  strong relationships with referring doctors, optometrists, and healthcare providers .
• Act as the  primary liaison  between the hospital and external doctors, ensuring smooth patient referrals.
• Develop and implement  referral strategies  to increase patient inflow from external clinics and hospitals.
• Organize  regular meetings, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and workshops  for referring doctors.
• Address queries from referring doctors regarding patient treatment plans and progress.
