Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Advisor located in Chennai. The Property Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients with property management, advising on property investments, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property evaluations, presenting available properties to clients, and facilitating property transactions. The Property Advisor will also assist with financial assessments and recommend investment opportunities to clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Expertise in Property Management and Investments
• Basic understanding of Finance related to property operations
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
