Location : Thoraipakkam, Chennai (On-site)

Shift : UK Shift – 1 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Solace Group Ltd. is a UK-based property management organization with a strong presence in Chennai for back-office operations. We specialize in managing residential and commercial properties, ensuring operational excellence and top-quality client service.

Role & Responsibilities :

Lead and oversee day-to-day property management operations across multiple properties

Supervise and mentor junior property managers and administrative staff

Manage lease agreements, renewals, tenant communications, and escalations

Oversee financial aspects such as rent collections, arrears management, budgeting, and reporting

Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality maintenance and timely resolutions

Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and UK property regulations

Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and portfolio performance

Act as a primary point of contact for high-value clients and stakeholders

Requirements :

5–8 years of proven experience in Property Management / Real Estate / Banking / Insurance / Administration

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with property management systems

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle escalations effectively

Experience in UK or international property management processes will be an added advantage
