Role & Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day property operations, tenant communications, and maintenance coordination
Handle lease agreements, renewals, and documentation accurately
Oversee rent collections, payment tracking, and account reconciliations
Assist with budgeting, expense management, and property reports
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property upkeep
Address tenant concerns promptly, ensuring client satisfaction
Maintain compliance with company policies and UK property regulations
Requirements :
2–3 years of experience in Property Management / Administration / Banking / Insurance or related fields
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
