Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Practice Manager cum Receptionist located in Gurgaon. The individual will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the dental practice, which includes ensuring efficient practice management, overseeing patient scheduling, and handling customer service. Other tasks include managing communications, assisting with patient care, and ensuring a smooth patient experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Skills in Dental Practice Management and Practice Management
• Well versed in spoken Hindi and English
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Dental Care procedures and practices
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
