Job Title : Art and Culture Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Country Coordinator to support our partners in managing their content on our Arts & Culture program.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in partner and project management, based in India. This is a remote position.

• Provide individual access to the Content Management System for each partner and ensure their profile is correctly set up for autonomous management of their collection via the Dashboard and available Help articles.
• Answer questions and guide ART & CULTURE Partners through the standard partner lifecycle consisting of ingestion, curation, publication, and troubleshooting phases.
• Ongoing communication of progress and project status, with potential escalation to the Supplier Point of Contact as needed.
