As an Optimise Account Manager on the Publisher AM team in our Gurgaon office, you'll play a vital role in owning and managing a global portfolio of publishers who come in all different shapes and sizes and are their champions when it comes to all things performance.

To Thrive In This Role, You'll Need

  • Are a business-level English communicator and any other Indian language is a plus
  • Have 1- 2 years client facing experience in sales or account management capacity
  • Have a data-driven / analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Have the ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
  • Are self-motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable dealing with ever-evolving situations, processes and product
  • Are a team player who is ready to collaborate with a high performing team
  • Have the ability to work independently to meet deadlines

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Prior experience in or understanding of the digital publisher / adtech space

    As an Optimise Account Manager , you'll bring value by :

  • Being an expert on how to achieve success with Taboola's product offering for small and medium-sized publisher partners
  • Identifying upsell opportunities by using data and an analytical mindset
  • Using your consultative skills to speak with our publisher partners via video conferencing and the phone, understand their objectives and suggest ways that Taboola can help them get there
  • Identifying, pitching, and closing upsell opportunities at scale
  • Owning quarterly revenue and activity targets
