We’re growing fast and want every rupee we spend to bring measurable, long-term value . As our first dedicated Performance Marketing Manager , you’ll own customer acquisition and activation across paid channels—turning budget into new app users and happy finance teams .
What you’ll do
- Scale app installs & onboarding : Own app growth from 5 → 10M+ downloads with Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Play Store optimization .
- Run listing experiments : Lead Google Play Store A / B tests (titles, icons, screenshots, video) and Custom Store Listings for segmented audiences, languages, and geographies.
- Full-funnel experiments : Build and iterate on copy, creative, landing pages, retargeting , and in-app onboarding flows; scale what works.
- Multi-channel UA : Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn , and emerging Indian ad networks to hit monthly CPI / CPA and ROI goals.
- Analytics you can trust : Set up conversion tracking, SKAN / GA4 / Firebase events , dashboards, and cohort reports ; translate insights into clear actions.
- Partner with Product & Content : Craft creatives that resonate with Indian business owners and accountants —in English and simple, conversational Hindi .
- Own budgets & forecasts : Allocate spend, negotiate with agencies / platform reps , and report weekly on performance.
- Champion data hygiene : Ensure UTM discipline, CRM integration , audience syncing, and clean handoff to Sales for qualified leads.
What makes you a great fit
2–4 years running high-ROI performance marketing for mobile apps (B2B SaaS / fintech / e-commerce preferred).Proven track record scaling apps (ideally to 1M+ downloads ) and improving install→onboarding→retention .Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager , plus at least one of : programmatic, remarketing, affiliate .Strong Play Store chops : listing experiments and Custom Store Listings experience.Comfortable in Excel / Google Sheets ; bonus points for SQL / Looker Studio / Firebase / AppsFlyer .Clear communicator who can explain CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution in plain language.Creative eye for ad copy / design that speaks to India’s diverse SMB community.Nice-to-have : experience in UPI, payments, or expense-management products.What success looks like after 6 months
