The company aims to create a dynamic work environment fostering creativity and innovation.Role DescriptionKey Responsibilities : Accessory Coordination : Ensure all necessary accessories for each style are easily accessible and organized.Arrange accessory pieces with vendors as per the requirements of each style.Vendor Communication : Forward CAD images to vendors for layering and ensure clear understanding.Maintain daily follow-up with vendors to update the status of each style.Pre-Production Sample (PPS) Follow-up : Track the progress of pre-production samples.Ensure timely submission of a complete sample after fit approval.Fabric Management : Provide cutting details and immediately return any remaining fabric after cutting.Follow up with vendors to return balance fabric and completed pieces as quickly as possible.Vendor Visits and Quality Control : Conduct regular visits to vendors to ensure proper updating of issued styles.Perform in-line quality control checks to maintain production standards.Costing and Billing : Prepare final cost sheets for each style.Update data for individual vendors and styles.Check, verify, and process vendor bills for the billing accountant.Qualifications : Proven experience in garment merchandising or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant CAD softwarePreferred : Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.Experience in vendor management and quality control in the garment industry.Work Environment : This role requires both office work and regular visits to vendor locations.The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
