Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser, located in Udyog Vihar. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and developing merchandising strategies, following through with purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, and managing inventory levels. Day-to-day tasks will include working closely with sales teams to align stock levels with sales forecasts, conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients. The Merchandiser will also be engaged in reviewing the success of merchandising plans and making necessary adjustments to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
• Strong Customer Service and Retail skills
• Experience in Sales with a background in marketing is beneficial
• Marketing knowledge is a must
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry preferable
