we are seeking a reservation executive to join our team, responsible for managing reservations and providing exceptional service to our clients. the ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a knack for organization.skills and qualifications1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.proficiency in reservation software and systems (., opera, amadeus, etc.).strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.customer service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.basic knowledge of pricing strategies and hotel operations.salary - 20,000 to 25,000 per monthlocation kharar punjabresponsibilitiesmanage and confirm reservations for clients in a timely manner.provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to reservations.maintain accurate records of bookings and cancellations.coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.assist in handling special requests and preferences of clients.monitor reservation systems for accuracy and updates.generate reports on reservations and occupancy rates as required.
