We are currently looking for Consultant Specialist

Department : - Core Banking

In This Role, You Will

• Be available for support when any issue occurs outside the working hours.
• Adherence to the timelines / SLAs on fixing the issues based on priority.
• Maintaining log of all issue resolution and performing root cause analysis of frequent issues.
• Alignment of production support team with all the deployments so that there is smooth support by production support team post the deployment completion.
• Resolution of queries from consuming applications and responding them with the progress updates.
• Documentation of all information required e.g. consuming applications, APIs etc and publish production dashboard.
• Attend RCA (root cause analysis) meeting and take the action till closure.
