About Position :
Architect with expertise in FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources), HL7 (Health Level 7), and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) standards. The ideal candidate will design and implement healthcare data integration solutions that ensure secure, scalable, and standards-compliant interoperability across systems such as EMRs / EHRs, payer platforms, and third-party healthcare applications.

What You'll Do :
Define and design enterprise-level interoperability solutions using FHIR, HL7 v2 / v3, CDA, and EDI X12 standards.Establish data integration frameworks to ensure seamless exchange of clinical, administrative, and financial data.Lead API-first integration initiatives leveraging REST, JSON, XML, and secure messaging protocols.Provide technical leadership for integration projects with EMRs / EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, etc.), payers, and HIEs.Implement FHIR-based APIs and facilitate adoption of SMART on FHIR apps.Oversee implementation of EDI transactions (e.g., 837, 835, 270 / 271, 278).Ensure interoperability designs comply with HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR, and other healthcare data regulations.Define best practices for security, auditing, monitoring, and high availability.Partner with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to align integration strategy with business goals.Expertise You'll Bring :
Mentor development teams on FHIR, HL7, and EDI implementation best practices.Represent the organization in interoperability forums and industry discussions.Strong knowledge of FHIR R4, HL7 v2 / v3, CDA, and EDI X12 standards.Experience with healthcare integration engines (e.g., Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, Ensemble, MuleSoft).Hands-on experience building FHIR-based APIs and integrating with major EMR / EHR systems.Deep understanding of EDI transactions (837, 835, 270 / 271, 276 / 277, 278, 834).Expertise in integration patterns (REST, SOAP, messaging, event-driven, microservices).Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API gateways.Familiarity with security standards (OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, TLS, SAML).Proven ability to lead large-scale healthcare integration programs.Benefits :
