What You'll Do
Pipeline & Performance Management
- Manage delivery & CS pipeline health and performance at rep, lead, and organizational levels.
- Track metrics for Pipeline created, closed lost, closed won etc.
- Support CS forecasting (renewals, upsell, contraction, churn) monthly and quarterly
- Work with the team to update forecast categories on the CRM and calculate revenue forecasts on a weekly basis
Process Optimization
Refine and enforce the CS playbook across different client tiers.Enable better customer engagement and deal acceleration through forecast reviews and process improvements.Data Management & Reporting
Ensure CRM, Project Management & CS platform hygiene, administration, and change management across onboarding, CS, and support teams.Build and maintain reports and dashboards to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.Provide intelligence and materials needed by the CS team to consistently hit targets.Revenue Operations Support
Streamline commercial processes for faster revenue bookings and realization.Manage deal desk operations, commercial proposals, validate proposals with existing contractsSupport revenue planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities related to CS.Implementation Operations Support
Work with the Implementation team to report on Implementation progress and customer on-boardingUpdate data and project status across customer accounts and projectsEnablement & Training
Support onboarding and continuous training programs to improve CS team productivity and cross team collaborationDrive workflow re-engineering and process automation initiatives across the customer journey (Book to Cash cycle).What we're looking for
Experience : 2–4 years in Sales Ops / CS Ops, ideally in fast-paced B2B SaaS (startup experience preferred).CRM Tools : Salesforce, HubSpotCS / Onboarding Tools : Rocketlane, EverAfterCS Platforms : Planhat, Gainsight, ChurnZeroProductivity Tools : Microsoft Office, Google SuiteData & Analytics : Advanced Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Data Studio; R / Python (preferred)Revenue Intelligence (preferred) : Causal, Biglittle.ai, MosaicWhy SpotDraft
