Requirements
- Develop Transition Plan
- Conduct / Facilitate workshops
- Oversee and guide Transition execution (Knowledge Transfer, Primary support, Shadow support)
- Monitor and Report progress of Transition across all stages to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
- Identify dependencies and collaborate with cross functional teams
- Stakeholder Management and Communication management
- Risk and Issue Management
- Handle escalations and conflict within the project team.
- Guide and motivate the team in multi-vendor and multi country environment.
- Define training plans, design content and conduct trainings, as needed
- Manage Financials to ensure Operational excellence
- Ensure all required documentation is prepared and signed off
- Manage and control Scope, Budget and Schedule to ensure that the initiative is delivered on time within the agreed budget
Skills Required
Total 8 to 12 years’ of work experience of which 4 to 5 years’ have been specifically on managing large TransitionsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or MBA from reputed institutionsMUST have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbalExperience working with MNC clientsExperience in using tools like JIRA / ADOPMP / PRINCE2 certification preferredShould have strong critical-thinking capabilities to solve problems and think about wide-ranging issues and facilitate decisions.Flexibility to travel
