Program Manager – Colocation

to join our growing team in

Mumbai .

What You’ll Do

Lead and oversee data center colocation projects end-to-end

Drive customer success through on-time delivery, service reviews & uptime reporting

Manage resources, budgets, and risks across multiple projects

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure revenue collection, compliance, and smooth service delivery

Prioritize CSAT & NPS while handling client relationships

What We’re Looking For

8–10 years’ experience in

program / project management

(preferably in colocation or data center)

Strong knowledge of

colocation services, infrastructure, and networking

Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational excellence

PMP / ITIL / Data Center certifications (preferred)
