Saasvaap - Program Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end delivery of key programs composed of multiple interdependent projects
• Define program objectives, scope, timeline, resource needs, budgets, and success criteria
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage interdependencies across projects
• Ensure alignment of program goals with strategic business objectives
• Develop detailed program plans, track milestones, and report on progress to senior stakeholders
• Identify and manage program risks, issues, and changes to scope or timelines
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
• Implement and maintain program governance frameworks, best practices, and reporting standards
• Facilitate program reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations
• Manage relationships with vendors, clients, and third-party stakeholders where applicable

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
• 5-7+ years of project / program management experience, with a track record of managing large, complex initiatives
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are highly preferred
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
